Cardio Addicts FRAUD

Alex Stan Goncharov's long-term supplier is doing everything to prevent me saying truth about what had happened. At first, they were accusing me in the following: 1. Drug addiction; 2. Alcoholism; 3. Insanity; 4. Being a con artist; 5. Looser; 6. Theft. Additionally, member of this company was verbally abusive and has been shouting at me. After, he was apologizing VIA text. All the text threads with mentioned above comments were received to my personal number and sent from the owner of these companies cell phone. Now, they are trying to sue me for "harassment", and company employees are giving false statements against me. The court scheduled for January 16 in LA. By  Ron W. Ballard, UT February 22, 2018 I ordered and paid for a Cybex 750T refurbished treadmill with a 2 year warranty from Cardio Addicts on November 21, 2017. I have never seen it. The company is no longer answering numerous phone call or emails. Two thousand dollars down the drain. Negative Thought we were getting a good deal when buying treadmills. From the moment purchased, delivery was delayed and "free" equipment never showed. Have had so many issues with the treadmills purchased. Right now, the overlay doesn't work on one, the motor is out on two and the touchscreens don't work on 3. When we called the owner Alex , he said he could get the parts to get everything fixed and 3 weeks have gone by and nothing. When we call or text, if he replies, he says he's working on it. Its been over a week now and no response. We are from Texas so its not like we can just show up and demand to be heard.
