I told customer his refund will be processed on December 18th and we agreed on the machine for $1500 an an inconvenience for the delays. We agreed that he would get a full refund first, then we would only reprocess 1500 after he is happy with the condition of the machine. 
Total amount of refund is $3096. I promised him unrealistic timeframes of delivery and refund.

I have received the $3096.00 I paid you for the initial Stairmaster, I was wondering if you were going to honor your commitment to deliver me what was contracted for the $1500.00 that Alex promised.
