Thought we were getting a good deal when buying treadmills. From the moment purchased, delivery was delayed and "free" equipment never showed. Have had so many issues with the treadmills purchased. Right now, the overlay doesn't work on one, the motor is out on two and the touchscreens don't work on 3. When we called the owner Alex, he said he could get the parts to get everything fixed and 3 weeks have gone by and nothing. When we call or text, if he replies, he says he's working on it. Its been over a week now and no response. We are from Texas so its not like we can just show up and demand to be heard. We are notifying everyone we can such as yourself to let it be known of this company. Spend over $10k for machines and us being a small business, that is a lot of money loss. Members are upset and this is just frustrating that a fellow business owner doesn't keep his word.

I ordered the item on 11/30/15 and still do not have the product that was ordered Hi, To whom ever it may concern, I ordered Arc Trainer 750 AT on 11/30/15 and I still do not have the machine on hand. I was informed twice that it will be delivered and nothing yet. First time delivery, I was given tracking number from a shipping Company "XPO Logistics".
