Complaint
I ordered and paid in full for an elliptical machine on 9/15/15 that was never delivered. Was told lies over 3 months why it was not delivered.
I ordered and paid in full for an elliptical machine on 9/15/15. I was told that the product was shipped and it would be delivered and set up in my home. Over the next 3 months I was told that it was on its way repeatedly. I was never given any tracking information. At one point I was told that the machine was damaged by the shipping company and sent a close up picture of the machine. The picture was unclear on what damage was done. In December I was given a delivery man's number. He could not be clear on where the product was. I was told to just give it time and I will get a great discount. This cycle went on until after Christmas. Finally, I requested to cancel the order. I was given a confirmation number of my refund, which was never granted. I was totally scammed. It wasn't until I notified my bank and reported the fraudulent charge that I received a refund. I will be filing criminal charges on this matter.
Desired Settlement
I do not what the product. I want tracking records to prove if this was a real sale/product. I will be contacting law enforcement.
