Cardio Addicts FRAUD

Alex Stan Goncharov's long-term supplier is doing everything to prevent me saying truth about what had happened. At first, they were accusing me in the following: 1. Drug addiction; 2. Alcoholism; 3. Insanity; 4. Being a con artist; 5. Looser; 6. Theft. Additionally, member of this company was verbally abusive and has been shouting at me. After, he was apologizing VIA text. All the text threads with mentioned above comments were received to my personal number and sent from the owner of these companies cell phone. Now, they are trying to sue me for "harassment", and company employees are giving false statements against me. The court scheduled for January 16 in LA. I look forward to presenting all the evidence that I have to the Judge. Please note, I do not go to supplier's warehouse, I do not call their number, I can't even identify some of the people who feel "threatened" by me, as I do not know who they are. For some reason Global Fitness started threatening to sue me if I start speaking the truth. So they want to take my right for freedom of speech?  And once I ask legit questions, based on documents, they accuse me in being  insane drug addict and alcoholic???  The funny part is that did not accuse anyone in anything, I simply asked legit questions based on documents, and instead of getting answers, I got accused in bunch of weird stuff...

It didn't arrive until December 15, after I had to track it down. It was sitting in a warehouse, forgotten. Once it arrived, it was clear the machine had not been cleaned or refurbished as promised. Aside from the cosmetic look of it, it also was missing bearings, so the steps don't work right. At first Alex was very prompt about trying to resolve the issue, however once I said I wanted a refund, he ghosted. I've now had to take it up with Amazon and am willing to go further with legal consequences if necessary. What a terrible experience that is now 6 months old - with NO resolution! We have had nothing but trouble with our elliptical purchase from Alex at CardioAddicts. We purchased an expensive Precor elliptical machine 11/16 and from the time it was delivered we have had nothing but problems dealing with Alex. First, the delivery team dropped the machine in my garage, when they were supposed to put it in the basement. It was an additional $400 to have it moved into our basement. Once it was moved to the basement and we started using the machine, we discovered it was broken. I have been in a constant battle to have the machine fixed with Alex and our machine is still broken. Stay away from CardioAddicts...you will regret dealing with them!!! Please be aware that with all these "fancy" logos and "good causes", Cardio Addicts, LLC  ( www.cardioadicrs.com ) has nothing to do with ANY of them! Same logos was on JM Fitness Store and Cardio Sales websites. It is being used just to "look good".
