No Delivery After 7 Weeks, Terrible Customer Service

I was impressed with the prices on the Cardio Sales website and ended up purchasing a $2500 elliptical. First, the machine they had was broken. Then, it went to another customer. These two things wouldn't have been terrible if it hadn't been for the total lack of customer service. The salesperson, Alex, never replied to ANY of my emails or phone calls. I had chase him down, only to get one of his many excuses immediatley followed by empty promises. On one occassion, I called several times to no avail. I had an idea to call from my fiances phone number. Of course he picked up, which confirmed that he had been dodging me. Today, after almost 7 weeks, I called the customer service line only to be hung up on. Since Alex had refused to refund my money, I am going through my bank to dispute the charge. All of this is happening right before my wedding, like I needed the added stress. Thanks CardioSales@
