We are CardioAddicts.com based in Los Angeles, and we ship anywhere. We are life-long runners, cross-fitters, martial-artists, and gym rats (the nice ones) who formed a direct-to-consumer business doing what we love. Please review our website for more about us and our warranty and comprehensive remanufacturing process. Our machines are always delivered in "as-new" condition and warrantied. Our motto is "We only sell what we would bring home."

Orders processed through PayPal for your security and comfort.

We have formed working relationships with a few large gym and sporting goods chains and personally select equipment, oversee remanufacturing, and sell direct to end-users.

Feel free to call us and we will discuss the product at length, and even do a video call with you showing you around your machine in our warehouse. We have similar equipment available should you end up wanting different features or price.

I ordered the item on 11/30/15 and still do not have the product that was ordered Hi, To whom ever it may concern, I ordered Arc Trainer 750 AT on 11/30/15 and I still do not have the machine on hand. I was informed twice that it will be delivered and nothing yet. First time delivery, I was given tracking number from a shipping Company "XPO Logistics". And after 2 weeks I called XPO logistics to find out there was no order on my name. Then Alec , sales agent finally told me that the shipping company broke it.
