Purchased a step mill from cardio addicts, through amazon in October of 2017. It didn't arrive until December 15, after I had to track it down. It was sitting in a warehouse, forgotten. Once it arrived, it was clear the machine had not been cleaned or refurbished as promised. Aside from the cosmetic look of it, it also was missing bearings, so the steps don't work right. At first Alex was very prompt about trying to resolve the issue, however once I said I wanted a refund, he ghosted. I've now had to take it up with Amazon and am willing to go further with legal consequences if necessary. What a terrible experience that is now 6 months old - with NO resolution!

My email to Global Fitness asking about lost merchandise While searching for truth and looking for lost merchandise, new interesting facts has been discovered which involve Global Fitness Inc. My company used to buy fitness equipment from Global Fitness Inc back in 2015. After 6 months of being in business, I started getting chargebacks and went 80K negative. I got scammed by my ex-business partner - Alex Stan Goncharov (aka Alex Stanley). Alex was using Global Fitness facility to buy and ship merchandise, and according to paperwork everything was shipped, but most of the clients did not receive merchandise.
