We have had nothing but trouble with our elliptical purchase from Alex at CardioAddicts. We purchased an expensive Precor elliptical machine 11/16 and from the time it was delivered we have had nothing but problems dealing with Alex. First, the delivery team dropped the machine in my garage, when they were supposed to put it in the basement. It was an additional $400 to have it moved into our basement. Once it was moved to the basement and we started using the machine, we discovered it was broken. I have been in a constant battle to have the machine fixed with Alex and our machine is still broken. Stay away from CardioAddicts...you will regret dealing with them!!!

I ordered the item on 11/30/15 and still do not have the product that was ordered Hi, To whom ever it may concern, I ordered Arc Trainer 750 AT on 11/30/15 and I still do not have the machine on hand.
