It didn't arrive until December 15, after I had to track it down. It was sitting in a warehouse, forgotten. Once it arrived, it was clear the machine had not been cleaned or refurbished as promised. Aside from the cosmetic look of it, it also was missing bearings, so the steps don't work right. At first Alex was very prompt about trying to resolve the issue, however once I said I wanted a refund, he ghosted. I've now had to take it up with Amazon and am willing to go further with legal consequences if necessary. What a terrible experience that is now 6 months old - with NO resolution! We have had nothing but trouble with our elliptical purchase from Alex at CardioAddicts. We purchased an expensive Precor elliptical machine 11/16 and from the time it was delivered we have had nothing but problems dealing with Alex. First, the delivery team dropped the machine in my garage, when they were supposed to put it in the basement. It was an additional $400 to have it moved into our basement. Once it was moved to the basement and we started using the machine, we discovered it was broken. I have been in a constant battle to have the machine fixed with Alex and our machine is still broken. Stay away from CardioAddicts...you will regret dealing with them!!!
