I purchased a fully remanufactured machine for thousand of dollars. I received a broken, dirty machine from Alex and Bradley. They gave me the name of their warranty vendor to fix my machine but the warranty vendor would not do warranty work for Alex because he gave them a bad credit card. I ended up having to pay warranty vendor out of pocket, making me out even more money. I have now been in touch with at least two other people who have been conned by Alex and have lost many thousands of dollars.
