It took them little less than a year to go out of business.

I ordered a Cybex 750T refurbished treadmill on November 21, 2017. The treadmill has never arrived. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails, I contacted my bank and the BBB of southern California to initiate some type of action. This is an absolute SCAM COMPANY and I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

What I am going to do is post e-mail's to this company... Hi Bradley, I am getting the feeling that cardio addicts is not a legit company, I have not heard back from you, no one will answer the phones and when you leave voice mail no one will return your call..I am thankful the I am protected against fraud with the credit card I used...It's amazing how one can go from extremely excited to the feeling of total disappointment.. No answer.... Here is another one with no answer. Hi Bradley, Cardio addicts, Please be advised that after many attempts to contact you on the status of my order and not receiving an answer from your company and not receiving my product, I have contacted my bank and I am disputing the charge you put on my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLD COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!! Try calling them today the phones do not work... I am thankful that my bank gave me back my $1999.00

Purchased a refurb Precor 885 with P80 monitor. It took over 4 weeks to receive. Upon receipt, the sent a defective machine and the wrong machine. At over the 5 week mark still waiting for the parts and technician to show up. After purchase, it took several emails and calls to get a response. Not a very professional way to do business.

I thought I was getting a good deal on a Precor elliptical when I ordered it, but after 15 weeks I still don't have a working machine. The elliptical was supposed to be completely rebuilt, which it wasn't, but even worse, it wasn't even tested before shipping. The elliptical showed up broken in many ways. The tv on the elliptical was completely dead when it showed up. The display have broken LCDs, the resistance and incline controls were broken, and the heart rate monitor doesn't work. The mechanical part of the elliptical was also broken. Alex has been promising for 15 weeks that the parts have been shipped to me, but they have never shown up. I've never run into a more dishonest company than Cardio Addicts. I now have a 400 pound broken elliptical in my basement that I either need to repair myself, which I have no idea how much it costs, or I need to pay movers to get it out and then I need to buy another elliptical from someone else. Please do not buy from Cardio Addicts.

Thought we were getting a good deal when buying treadmills. From the moment purchased, delivery was delayed and "free" equipment never showed. Have had so many issues with the treadmills purchased. Right now, the overlay doesn't work on one, the motor is out on two and the touchscreens don't work on 3. When we called the owner Alex, he said he could get the parts to get everything fixed and 3 weeks have gone by and nothing. When we call or text, if he replies, he says he's working on it. Its been over a week now and no response. We are from Texas so its not like we can just show up and demand to be heard. We are notifying everyone we can such as yourself to let it be known of this company. Spend over $10k for machines and us being a small business, that is a lot of money loss. Members are upset and this is just frustrating that a fellow business owner doesn't keep his word.
