By  Ron W. Ballard, UT February 22, 2018 I ordered and paid for a Cybex 750T refurbished treadmill with a 2 year warranty from Cardio Addicts on November 21, 2017. I have never seen it. The company is no longer answering numerous phone call or emails. Two thousand dollars down the drain. I have contacted my bank and the Better Business Bureau of Southern California to initiate any type of action on my behalf. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company! I gave them 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option :-( Company Name:   CARDIO ADDICTS, LLC File Number:   201706710283 Filing State:   California (CA) Filing Status:   Active Filing Date:   February 27, 2017  Company Age:   1 Year 2 Months Registered Agent:   Legalzoom.Com, Inc. If you or anyone you know became victim of cardio scam,  please contact us!!!  jmfitnessstore@gmail.com Customer complaint from BBB website: 12/01/17  Phillip D. Negative Thought we were getting a good deal when buying treadmills. From the moment purchased, delivery was delayed and "free" equipment never showed. Have had so many issues with the treadmills purchased. Right now, the overlay doesn't work on one, the motor is out on two and the touchscreens don't work on 3. When we called the owner Alex , he said he could get the parts to get everything fixed and 3 weeks have gone by and nothing. When we call or text, if he replies, he says he's working on it. Its been over a week now and no response. We are from Texas so its not like we can just show up and demand to be heard. We are notifying everyone we can such as yourself to let it be known of this company. Spend over $10k for machines and us being a small business, that is a lot of money loss...

If you or anyone you know became victim of cardio scam,  please contact us!!!  jmfitnessstore@gmail.com 03/14/2016 Guarantee / Warranty Issues Complaint JM Fitness has not resolved any of several issues with the delivery, installation and service of the equipment I purchased after five months of calls. My Precor 833 Elliptical was delivered on 9/22/15. It was sold to me as a demo unit, but I have since learned from Precor that it was actually a used piece of equipment at a commercial gym. There were parts missing there was rusty water dripping from two of the bolts. In addition, I paid extra to have JMFitness arrange for professional installation. Their installation person never showed up and I had to pay out of my pocket for installation. The ramp motor was very squeaky and loud and sounded like it was binding, so I called JM Fitness repeatedly to have them arrange for service. They also committed to reimburse me for the i...
