Problems with Product / Service
Complaint
I had to call repeatedly to find out when it was coming, it took months to receive. Had internal and external damage. Company will not reply.
My husband purchased an elliptical machine from Cardio Addicts in December 2017. We had to call several times over the course a month in order to find out when it was coming. I spoke with a man named *******. When it finally arrived over a month later, it would not fit through the doorway and I was connected to **** who said it could be disassembled and that they would help me to find someone to do that and that they would pay. They initially gave me the name of a person who I called but then I lost the number and when I tried to call Cardio Addicts back, they would not reply. I finally called another repair company and when they came, learned that the machine was missing parts and was damaged internally. The company will not return calls, texts, or emails. the phone number has now been disconnected, The purchase came with a two year warrantee so repairs should be covered. (Show Less of Complaint)

Desired Settlement
I want the company to pay for the necessary repairs ($611.13). and prior repairs of $128.35.
