Problems with Product / Service

JM Fitness has not honored the following: Verbal agreement to refund $350 dollars, provided mat that was to come with elliptical, fix damages noted 
My wife purchased Cybex 630 Arc trainer Machine on 22 Sep 2015, and we were promised by Alex G. from JM Fitness Store (LA Exclusif) that this unit should arrive within 7-10 business days approximately from purchase by freight. After numerous contacts to Alex G. and excuses the unit finally arrive on 27 Oct 2015 via freight delivery. Based upon the significant delays, Alex G. promised to provide a $350 refund to pay for the freight issues. On 28 Oct 2015 after fully uncrating the unit there was some issues with the machine. The face plate's plastic was warped, and the heart rate monitors in the hand grips did not work. Alex G. from JM fitness contacted and noted he would place orders for replacement parts to correct these issues to the refurbished unit that passed their strict quality standards. Alex noted once the new parts arrived he would ship to me so the Cybex repair person could be scheduled to come out to repair the unit. Also, Alex noted he would be getting a mat out ASAP since that was supposed to be delivered with the unit as it was a part of the purchase. Multiple calls were placed asking for status updates to no avail, and after that time numerous calls, some texts, and emails form myself and my wife were sent. Most recently on 29 Dec 2015 where I called Alex G. and the JM fitness main line. Alex noted he would call back and never did. At this point after spending months trying to get what was owed I had enough and noted I would be reaching out to the BBB. Upon researching the company they are using the BBB logo on their mobile site; however, they are not accredited and are an imposter.
