Ordered equipment a month ago and was told it would be at my door in 3-4 days. It still isn't here. They just keep stringing me along and telling me what I want to hear to keep me on the line. They are dishonest and can't be trusted therefore I am canceling my order and contacting my credit card company. With business practices like this I absolutely don't trust the quality of equipment they provide....if it was ever even going to get to me in the first place. Please BEWARE , Mr. Alex is an amazing psychologist, and he will tell you many stories about his crazy ex girlfriend, criminal business partners who stole his money, about him wanting to jump from high-rise building and end his life because his ex-girlfriend broke his heart and he lost his business, etc... Alex has tons of stories to serve everyone. Please do your research and you will see complaints from different people starting from 2008 !!!!!! Delivery dates came and went twice. Then he told me which shipping company he used, which I called, and they said there's absolutely nothing being shipped from that company, and nothing from anybody to my address. Read your report after the fact, then confronted "Alex Stanley" and asked him if his last name is actually Goncharov, which he didn't deny. Amazon is going to refund my $, but I agree, this guy needs to be shut down.

Wrong monitor screen and **** assured me he sent the right one.  I ordered nautilus sm916 stair master on 2/27/2015. I received stair master 7000pt main difference is monitor. **** assured me that the monitor could be switched out with no problem.  Delivery was 3/18/2015. After delivery service left I discovered it was missing a foot. And a mat.  It was $2750.00 and was paid through PayPal.  **** G. We agreed that he would get a full refund first, then we would only reprocess 1500 after he is happy with the condition of the machine.  Total amount of refund is $3096. I promised him unrealistic timeframes of delivery and refund.  February 1, 2016 at 4:55:09 PM PST  Client to JM Fitness Store:  I have received the $3096.00 I paid you for the initial Stairmaster, I was wondering if you were going to honor your commitment to deliver me what was contracted for the $1500.00 that Alex promised.
